 In this course we will learn the moon cycles and it’s affect on our energies as humans. We will

  •  create a personal moon calendar to better understand the cycle of the moon and the powers we can harness from this natural flow. 

  • get recipes for different moon activities you can make at home during full moons and new moons 

  • and lastly you will be guided through a wonderful collective moon ritual to strengthen your magnetic energy

INSTANT INTUITION

Duration: 3 hours

In Instant Intuition class we work both with reflection, meditative exercises and gentle physical exercises. The class centers around gentleness with your own body, mind and energyfield and how to only go forward as you feel called to do. 

  • We get familiar with the terms clairvoyance, clairaudience, claircognisance and clairsentience. 

  • We practice how to sense our energy bodies, its sensitivity and reach, and how to start a conversation with you soul (and I promise you it will start answering you)

  • discuss how to know the difference between regular thoughts and channeling

  •  and last but not least; we practice how to set boundaries to strengthen our sensitivity in this reality where many elements bid for your attention and instant gratification.

HERBAL HEALER

Duration: 3 hours

In Herbal Healer Class we will

  • Study dry and fresh herbs depending on what the season allows us

  • get familiar with the ethics around foraging and collaborating with plants and nature, 

  • get recipes for making your own wild herbal tea, or infusions as we will call them

Herbal Healer is a very practical hands-on course in which we will work with our hands and be creative while we learn the witchcraft  theory. Anyone can join in as the exercises are easy and we will achieve beautiful crafts with simple methods. You have the possibility of creating your own personalized herbarium over your favourite tea infusion herbs, or handcraft your own Nordic smoke cleansing bundles.
